By accessing or using Aisle Venues (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service exists to help individuals research and compare wedding venues for their own personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, search, save venues to your account, and share links to individual pages.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Service, except for search engines and AI assistants indexing publicly available pages in accordance with our robots.txt;
• copy, reproduce, or republish venue profiles, descriptions, FAQs, or any substantial part of the directory;
• build, train, or populate a competing directory, dataset, or product using content from the Service;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical protection measures;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any content from the Service.

The Service’s editorial content — including venue descriptions, FAQs, curation, and the selection and arrangement of the directory — is original work protected by copyright and owned by Aisle Venues. Underlying facts about venues remain the venues’ own; trademarks and venue names belong to their respective owners.

Venue details are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm capacity, pricing, availability, and policies directly with the venue before making decisions. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aisle Venues is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made in reliance on venue information.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
